The manufacturing plants were established in 1938 and upgraded in 1987 to supply
the Chinese domestic and export Markets with castings and finished machined
parts the customer's requirements. Within the manufacturing plants located in
South East China in excess of 400 people are employed covering administration,
design, production and quality control. Manufacturing in the areas of patterns,
casting, fettling and together with machines. Our factory is certificated with
ISO9000.
Our foundries have the production capabilities of grey and nodular (S.G.) iron
of in excess of 20,000 Tons/annum in material grades GG20-GG30, GGG40-GGG80
this combined with the aluminum and aluminum alloys casting facility equates to
in excess of 3,000Tons/annum.

A complete range of alternative material grades is available on application.
Melting and Pouring Equipment: Six of Medium Frequency coreless induction
furnaces with capacity of 20,000 tons/annum. Moulding Lines: Capacity of the
lines accommodates castings from 2 Kg to 25 tonnes and six metres maximum
diameter. Fettling Shop: Four of shot-blasting machines. Pattern Shop: Our own
pattern shop can make a variety of patterns. e.g. wood, resin and metal.
Machine and Assembly Shop: Over 100 of CNC lathes, milling, planers, grinding
and drilling etc. machines. Design Engineering Department: With 30 engineers.
Quality & Metallurgy Department: A full range of State-of Art testing
equipments for metallurgy analysis.

| The Export Sales and Marketing functions are
controlled by the UK Administration Offices located at Rugby. Ten persons are
located at this site. All products are inspected and together with the
logistics of all products destined for European Markets. |
